Table viewPRO
See the list as a spreadsheet, with columns of your choice, sorting, filters and export.
The Table view (available on computer with Pro Mode) shows items in a table, one row per task. Turn it on with the Table button, next to List and Control Centre.
Columns of your choice
In the Columns button you choose what appears: Section, Note, Priority, Assignee, Steps, Start, Date, Time, Recurrence, Status, Status since, Reminder and Link. The Title is always visible. Widths can be adjusted and your choice is saved per list.
Sort, filter and edit
- Sort — click a column header (arrows ▲▼).
- Filter — the magnifier in each column opens its own filter.
- Edit in place — click a cell (section, priority, assignee, date, status, note…) to change it right there.
- Add — the last row lets you type a new item and press Enter.
Export
You can export the table data (visible columns) to CSV or Excel. The export respects the active filters.
