What is Totil
A simple app to create and manage lists, tasks and appointments — designed to be easy for everyone.
Totil is an app to organise everything you have to do: shopping lists, medication, household chores, appointments, team projects and much more. It works on your phone, tablet and computer through the browser, and can also be installed as an app.
It was built to be simple for everyone, with large buttons and clear language, but it grows with you: when you want more, Pro Mode unlocks advanced tools (priorities, teams, linked notebooks, table and timeline views, and more).
What you can do
- Lists and tasks — create lists, add items, mark them done and track progress.
- Control Centre — see each list in 3 columns: To do, In progress and Done.
- Calendar — everything with a date shows up in a calendar you can subscribe to on your phone.
- Notebooks — write notes organised in notebooks, tabs and pages.
- Sharing — share lists with family or colleagues and work together in real time.
- Reminders — get alerts (notification and email) so you never forget what matters.
Tip
You don’t need any tech knowledge to start. Create your account with your email and Totil already includes a starter list (“My tasks”) ready to use.
Free and Pro
Most everyday features are free. Advanced features are part of Pro Mode, which you can turn on and off whenever you like. Throughout this help, articles marked PRO indicate Pro Mode features.
