Organise with sections

Split a big list into blocks — for example supermarket aisles or project phases.

Items grouped by section, each with its colour and ⋯ menu.

Create a section

Use + New → New section (on phone, the floating +).
On computer, you also have ＋ Section in the list toolbar.

Items are grouped by section. Each section has its own ＋ Add item, and you can collapse or expand each one by tapping the arrow next to its name.

Manage a section

Tap the section’s ⋯ menu to Rename, Move (reorder the sections), Delete or set a Colour. Deleting a section does not lose the items — they simply become section-less.

To move an item between sections, open its details and change the Section, or drag the item by its handle (on phone, turn on reorder mode in the section’s ⋯ menu).
