Bulk actions and printing
Mark everything, clear the done items, hide completed ones or print the list.
The Actions button (in the list toolbar) gathers quick operations on the whole list:
- Mark all / Unmark all — complete or reopen every item in the list at once.
- Hide done / Show done — hide or show completed items.
- Clear done — remove completed items (they go to the recycle bin, restorable).
- Print / PDF — opens a clean view to print or save as PDF.
Tip
“Clear done” doesn’t delete anything forever: the items stay recoverable. To remove them for good, empty the recycle bin (see “Archive and delete”).
Mark just one section
If the list has sections, you can also complete one section at a time without touching the rest. On computer, the section header has a ✓ button; on the phone, it’s in the section’s ⋯ menu (Mark all as done). If they’re all done already, the same button unmarks them.
Tip
Made a mistake? A notice with Undo always appears for a few seconds, and each task returns to exactly the state it was in — including the ones that were in progress.
