The timeline: bars between start and end, with today’s line.

The Gantt view (computer + Pro Mode) shows tasks as bars on a timeline, between the start date and the end date. It’s ideal for planning projects and spotting overlaps.

  • Tasks group by section, with the status colour.
  • Drag a bar to move it in time, or pull the ends to change the start or end.
  • Choose the Day / Week / Month scale and a line marks today.
  • The last row of each section lets you add a task (it lands on “today” for you to adjust).

Note

Gantt needs tasks to have dates. If you haven’t turned on start and end dates yet, open the list settings (Edit list) and enable “Start and end dates”.
