Share a list
Let others view, or invite them to edit with you.
In a list header, tap Share. There are two ways to share:
- Read-only link — generates a link anyone can open without an account, to view the list (read-only). Ideal to show a shopping list to someone.
- Invite to edit — invite by email. The person signs into their own account and can then view and edit the list with you.
- 1Generate a read-only link for anyone who just needs to view (no account).
- 2Or invite by email so the person can edit with you.
- 3On Pro Mode, invite your contacts and groups with one tap.
Pro only
With Pro Mode you can invite your contacts and groups directly (without typing each email), and link a list to a group. See “Contacts and groups”.
You can resend an invitation if the person didn’t receive it, and revoke the read-only link at any time by generating a new one.
