Working together
Changes appear for everyone in real time, and you see who did what.
In a shared list, what one person does appears for the others in real time — completing an item, adding one, changing a date. No need to refresh.
- Each completed item shows who marked it (avatar and name).
- The header shows the list’s owner and, where applicable, the linked group.
- The side panel has the Collaborators and the list’s Recent activity.
- When someone changes a shared list, the other members get a notification (if they have it enabled).
Note
You can give private nicknames to your contacts (Pro Mode): the nickname shows instead of their name across the app, only for you.
