I’m not getting the sign-in email

What to do when the email with the link and code doesn’t arrive.

The email comes from noreply@totil.cloud, with a link and code.

The email usually arrives within seconds, from the sender noreply@totil.cloud. If you don’t see it:

  1. 1Check your spam / junk folder and the Promotions tab (Gmail).
  2. 2Confirm you typed the correct email, with no spaces.
  3. 3Wait 1–2 minutes and try Sign in again (it sends a fresh email).
  4. 4Add noreply@totil.cloud to your contacts, so it doesn’t land in spam again.
  5. 5If the “I’m not a robot” check appears, complete it before tapping Sign in.

Note

The link and code are valid for 1 hour. After that, request a new one.
