I’m not getting the sign-in email
What to do when the email with the link and code doesn’t arrive.
The email usually arrives within seconds, from the sender noreply@totil.cloud. If you don’t see it:
- 1Check your spam / junk folder and the Promotions tab (Gmail).
- 2Confirm you typed the correct email, with no spaces.
- 3Wait 1–2 minutes and try Sign in again (it sends a fresh email).
- 4Add noreply@totil.cloud to your contacts, so it doesn’t land in spam again.
- 5If the “I’m not a robot” check appears, complete it before tapping Sign in.

The link and code are valid for 1 hour. After that, request a new one.
