I’m seeing old data

What to do if a change made on another device isn’t showing.

Totil refreshes itself when you return to the app (switching tabs or reopening). If you still see something out of date:

  1. 1Confirm you have internet (check the cloud icon).
  2. 2Reload the page (or close and reopen the installed app).
  3. 3If it persists, sign out and sign back in.
