Complete tasks and statuses

Mark items done, set them “in progress” and undo mistakes with one tap.

Mark as done

Tap the circle to the left of the item. It fills in and the text is struck through. The list’s progress bar updates.

Tip

Made a mistake? An “Undo” message appears at the bottom for a few seconds. Tap it to revert — it works for both completing and deleting items.

The three statuses

To do — not started yet.
In progress — started but not finished (amber dot).
Done — finished (green dot with a tick).

To set an item In progress: on computer, right-click the circle; on phone, press and hold the circle (long press). You can also change the status in the item’s Details or by dragging it in the Control Centre.

Phone gestures

On phone you can swipe an item to quickly complete or delete it. You choose what each side does in Profile → Swipe gestures.
