Subscribe and sync your calendar

You can bring your dated Totil tasks into your usual calendar in two ways. Both are set up in Profile → Calendar.

Subscription (Apple / Google / Outlook)

Totil gives you a private calendar address (an ICS link). Copy it and add it as a “subscribed calendar” in your calendar app. Your tasks appear there and update by themselves (apps refresh at their own pace, usually a few times a day).

You can choose which lists/categories feed the subscription and whether you only want your own tasks. If needed, Generate new link creates a fresh address and invalidates the old one.

Automatic sync (Google / Outlook)

Alternatively, you can connect your Google or Outlook account for automatic sync, and even choose which calendar the events land in (or create a dedicated “Totil” calendar). Apple is always done via the ICS subscription above.
