Create your own columns in the Control Centre — with custom names and colours.

By default, the Control Centre has three columns (To do, In progress, Done). With Pro Mode you can replace them with your own columns, different in each list — for example “To do / Reviewing / Approved / Published”.

  1. 1Open the list in the Control Centre view.
  2. 2Choose Customise columns and add or rename columns.
  3. 3Set each column’s name and colour, per list.

Customise the columns

  1. 1Open the list in the Control Centre view.
  2. 2In the columns button in the header, choose Customise columns (it seeds the 3 base ones to edit).
  3. 3Add columns, change the name, colour and order, and link each to a base status.
  4. 4To revert, use Back to the 3 base columns.

Note

The column colour also shows on the item’s status dot in the List view and in Gantt. The Home dashboard and statistics still use the three base statuses.
