Getting to know the app
The sidebar on computer and the bottom bar on phone give you access to everything: Home, Calendar, Lists and Notebooks.
On computer
On the left you have the sidebar with the main navigation:
- Home — your general dashboard with the day’s summary.
- Calendar — everything with a date.
- Lists — all your lists.
- Notebooks — your notes.
- PRO Features — appears only when Pro Mode is on.
- + Create — quickly create a new list or notebook.
- At the bottom: your profile (avatar and name), the notifications bell and the support button (the life-buoy).
The sidebar also shows your favourite lists and lists by category. You can collapse the sidebar (icons only) by tapping the arrow at the top, to gain space.
On phone
On phone you have a bar at the bottom of the screen with the same main destinations (Home, Calendar, Lists, Notebooks and More). It’s the fastest way to jump between sections with your thumb.
Note
The “My tasks” list always appears at the top, with the Totil symbol. It’s your default personal list: it can’t be deleted or shared, and it’s where quickly-created tasks go.
Quick search
The Search box (at the top of the sidebar) finds lists, items and notebooks at once. Start typing and tap a result to jump straight there.
