Terms of Service

Welcome to Totil (Portugal). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Totil.

1. The service

Totil is an app for creating and managing lists, tasks and appointments, with sharing and reminders. We provide the service "as is", and it may evolve or have its features adjusted over time.

2. Your account

• You need a valid email you can access (authentication is done by email).
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• You must be of legal age to enter into this contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Totil to:

• carry out illegal activities or activities that infringe the rights of others;
• send spam, abuse invites or attempt to compromise the security of the service;
• overload or interfere with the infrastructure.

4. Your content

The content you create (lists, items, notes) is yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store, sync and display it on your devices and to the collaborators you invite. You can export or delete it at any time.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription (with a free trial period). Prices, plans and payment terms will be clearly presented before any charge. This section will be updated when paid plans launch.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Totil available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance or outages may occur. We recommend you keep copies of anything important (you can export your data).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Totil is provided "as is", without warranties. Totil is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use or unavailability of the service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account whenever you want (Profile → Account and data). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or put the service at risk.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Portugal.
