A checklist inside each task, to break the work into small steps.
An item can have steps — a small checklist inside it. Add the steps in the item’s Details. In the list, the item shows a counter (for example, “▸ 2/5 steps”) that expands to check off each step.
The item’s status follows the steps: none done → To do; some → In progress; all → Done. In shared lists, you see who closed each step.
