Repeating tasks
For things that happen every day, week or month — like taking medication.
In the item’s Details, under Recurrence, choose how often the task repeats: Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Custom (every N days, weeks or months).
When you mark a recurring task as done, Totil automatically creates the next occurrence on the following date. You never lose the rhythm.
Recurring items show the ↻ symbol next to the date. On the calendar, they appear on every date they repeat.
Tip
Recurrence is perfect for medication, monthly bills, watering plants or any routine. If the task has no date yet, choosing a recurrence makes Totil assume today as the starting point.
