The List view

The classic way to see a list: items top to bottom, with a summary alongside.

Anatomy of a list: header, view toggle, toolbar and items.

The List view is the default view. It shows items in rows, grouped by section if you have any. At the top is the toolbar: search, status filters, Actions and + New.

On computer, selecting an item opens a details panel on the right. With no item selected, that panel shows the List summary: the completed percentage, a progress ring and the count by status (To do, In progress, Done).

The list header always has the title, the progress bar, the Share button and the ⋯ menu (Edit list, Priorities, Save as template, Archive, Delete).

Note

You can switch views anytime with the List / Control Centre toggle below the header. Your choice is saved per list.
