The Control Centre
The same list in three columns — To do, In progress and Done — to drag tasks between statuses.
The Control Centre shows the list in three columns: To do, In progress and Done. It’s the so-called “kanban” view — you see at a glance where each task stands.
Move tasks
Drag a card from one column to another to change the task’s status. On phone, cards stack and drag by the handle. Tap a card to open its details.
Turn on the Control Centre with the List / Control Centre toggle below the list header.
Pro only
In Pro Mode you can customise this screen’s columns (your own names and colours, per list). See “Customisable kanban”.
