Organise your lists
Categories, colours, favourites and order — make the Lists page your own.
Favourites
Tap a list’s star to mark it as a favourite. Favourites always stay at the top, in the sidebar and on the Lists page.
Categories and colours
In Lists, use Manage categories to create groups (with an emoji and name) and file lists by theme. Each list can also have a highlight colour — a coloured stripe on the card. Change the category or colour in Edit list or via the card’s context menu.
Reorder
On computer, drag lists to reorder them or move them between categories. On phone, turn on Reorder mode (in the Actions menu) and drag by the handle.
List or grid
On computer you can switch between the rows view (compact) and the grid view (cards), top right. You also have quick filters All / To do / Done and a global search across lists and items.
