Flag what matters most, with levels you can customise.
Each item can have a priority. By default there are three levels — High, Medium and Low — each with its own colour. You set the priority in the item’s Details, and see a coloured label on the row and card.
- 1Open the item Details and tap Priority.
- 2Pick the level (by default High, Medium or Low).
- 3Customise names and colours per account or per list.
Customise the levels
- For the whole account — in PRO Features → Priorities → Set priorities, change names, colours and order (up to 6 levels).
- For one list only — in the list’s ⋯ menu, under Priorities, enable a scheme just for that list.
You can also filter and sort by priority in the List view and in the Table.
